What age groups does Epping Early Learning Centre care for?
Epping Early Learning Centre is a fully approved Australian Government Child Care Subsidy provider. Depending on your combined family income and recognized activity hours, the government covers between 50% and 90% of your daily childcare fees. You only pay the remaining “gap fee”. Our administration team helps you link your CRNs and manage claims seamlessly.
How does the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) work and how much will I pay?
Epping Early Learning Centre is a fully approved Australian Government Child Care Subsidy provider. Depending on your combined family income and recognized activity hours, the government covers between 50% and 90% of your daily childcare fees. You only pay the remaining “gap fee”. Our administration team helps you link your CRNs and manage claims seamlessly.
What are your operating hours and are you open during school holidays?
We operate Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, 52 weeks per year (excluding NSW public holidays). Unlike sessional preschools, we remain fully open during primary school holiday periods, providing continuous reliability for working families.
What is included in the daily fee?
Our service is genuinely all-inclusive: 5 freshly prepared nutritious meals daily (breakfast, morning tea, hot lunch, afternoon tea, late snack), all hypoallergenic nappies and wipes, Cancer Council SPF 50+ sunscreen, sunhats, bedding laundering, and all weekly extracurricular incursions (STEM, music, sports, cultural activities).
How do you support children during their first weeks (Orientation)?
We understand starting childcare is a big emotional milestone. We offer 2 to 3 complimentary orientation stay-and-play sessions where you and your child spend time in the classroom, bond with primary educators, and familiarize yourselves with room routines before the official start date.
How will I know what my child did during the day?
You receive real-time updates through our secure mobile parent app. Throughout the day, our educators upload photos, developmental learning stories, nap times, bottle/water intake, and detailed meal charts so you are always connected to their day.
What qualifications do your educators hold?
All our room leaders and educators hold formal early childhood qualifications ranging from Certificate III and Diploma in Children’s Services to university Bachelor of Early Childhood Education. Every staff member holds an active Working with Children Check (WWCC) and current HLTAID012 First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications.
