Our educators are dedicated to building strong, trusting relationships with children, creating a secure foundation where children feel safe to express themselves, explore new ideas in their learning, and develop a positive sense of identity. Our School Readiness Program supports children in their transition to kindergarten by building essential social, emotional, and early learning skills, empowering them to become confident, capable, and lifelong learners.

Our Team
Our educators are more than teachers – they’re mentors, role models, and passionate carers. Each team member is carefully selected for their expertise, creativity, and dedication to helping children thrive. With over 10 years of experience in the childcare sector, our educators are committed to your child’s safety, health, and overall well‑being.
It is compulsory for all staff to complete a ‘Working with Children Check’ before employment.
All Educators employed hold a current ‘First Aid Certificate.’ As part of their employment Educators are also trained in Asthma and Anaphylaxis, where they are trained to use an Epipen. All Educators have completed mandatory Child Protection Training. Other training includes, “Work, Health and Safety” and “Safe Food Handling and Food Supervisor courses”. In addition, Educators are continually working on keeping up their professional development by attending other courses throughout the year that relate to children and are current.
